| As a long time local I had my first experience with Newport Auto recently. My ?go to? previous provider had undergone management change and service levels were not what they once were. Newport provided exceptional service in time of need and continue to go above and beyond with their help and service for my now regular vehicle maintenance. Regardless of the Service Rep helping the product is consistent and helpful. |

| I've used Newport for many years. They provide great service and often go out of their way to help out when they can. My only complaints are not theirs to wear but are instead to the manufacturers of auto parts. |

| Newport auto was awesome!!!!! They got me in super fast as I was having some crazy issues with my car and was very frustrated, but they took their time to help me and explained to me everything that was wrong with my car VERY thoroughly. I?d like to give a special shout out to Louie. He was very sweet and made sure my needs and my cars needs were met!!!!! Thanks Newport auto! |
