| Taking your car into an auto shop is, for most of us, a leap of faith. With Newport the faith we have placed in them to keep our Subaru on the road has been well founded. Our Subaru has had all of the classic Subaru engine problems and Newport made sure that we were always taken care of, while they worked the process of fixing car. We never felt like Newport was just a shop looking for billable hours. I would recommend them highly. |

| Great service thank you. Spending an extra couple of minutes to clean all the grease and dirt off the steering wheel, inside door handle and gear shift would have been appreciated. |

| I'm always satisfied at Newport. great staff and professional work. However, this last visit we had our vehicle in with tires that were barely 2 months old on them and the report stated they were 8/32 . this erodes my confidence in Newport when they recommend future tire changes. |

| Huge disappointment, not just the screwed up inspection, but also sending me a link to Google review after I reached out to you earlier. You have not seen broken part of frame and said frame is rusty but not structural in your PPI report. I trusted your verdict and now have to deal with major repairs as the frame is in very poor condition and needs fixing of broken section. |
