| I found the whole operation very professional and thorough. We have a 2007 Saab 9.3 V6 soft top and it is not a vehicle you want to trust to have anyone servicing as parts are not always available. We can highly recommend Newport for friendliness and professionalism. |

| I found my two recent experiences with the folks at Newport Auto to be professional and informative. There were no hidden surprises as they informed me of the potential repairs based on my input to them. They inspected my vehicle (including a road test) and laid out what needed to be done. I was kept up to speed on the work and it was completed on time and under the estimate as they found that a portion was not required. After a couple of weeks of driving they solved all the issues which concerned me. Pleasant group to work with, ( I went there on the recommendation of a friend who brings their vehicle there as well.) |

They are very conscious of budget, and help brake down what jobs are urgent and which jobs can wait (also indicating when those should be readdressed. So long as I live in the sea to sky I will continue to take any vehicle concerns to NPA. |
